But before we do that, I want to introduce you to problem #2.

Problem #2: Exercise Gadgets

LMFAO!  Are you kidding me?

This is one of the all time best ways to get your wallets to lose weight and NOT your stomach.  You see these gadgets have been marketed heavily on t.v. and infomercials for so long that we have been led to believe that this actually works.  Especially when we see the women and men with a flat stomach promoting them on t.v.

Don't be fooled as these are PAID fitness models that know how to lose stomach fat as they stay in shape year round using the little known methods I will introduce you to shortly to get that rock solid mid section.  When they take their before pictures, they actually get PAID to stop exercising and dieting to look flabby.  Incredible but this is the sad truth!

I know it gets me heated every time I think of it.  I remember when I used to fall for this one until I discovered a few simple tricks.  But before I introduce you to the tricks I must share with you one last problem.

Problem #3: Fad Diets

WOW!  I must admit I fell for this one for 3 years.  That is right!  So do not feel bad if you fell for this one.  You see, while fad diets may give you short term weight loss success, they NEVER give you permanent success.
